激光熔覆是一種增材制造工藝,可將材料融化在基地上。激光熔覆工藝通常用于在重工業(yè)使用的零部件上,激光熔覆能制造好更好的新表層,以及修復(fù)因反復(fù)使用而磨損的表面。激光束在工件表面上聲稱(chēng)一個(gè)熔池,涂層材料同時(shí)被填充到熔池內(nèi)。其產(chǎn)生的涂層與基體材料為金相結(jié)合,比用熱噴涂法更牢固。另外,激光熔覆與鍍鉻相比,對(duì)身體幾乎沒(méi)有危害。
